$1.5 Million House Seized to Pay Judgment After Trial Victory

PDM won a trial for a woman scammed on a housing investment.  After a contested trial, PDM obtained a judgment for $350,000 on behalf of Ms. Martinez, the victim in this South Florida Housing Scam.  After defendant refused to pay, PDM seized a property owned by Defendant valued, by one estimate, at $1.5 Million.  Defendant then moved into home, attempting to assert homestead protection to block to sale.  PDM then secured an emergency order, declaring that defendant gets no homestead protection. Sheriff Sale of home is scheduled for November 22, 2011.

It has been an honor to continue representing Ms. Martinez. PDM will not stop until justice is complete.
