Another Stairwell Case – More Bad Lighting

ZR is a sweet, elderly lady who enjoyed visiting her friends. One day, she visited her friend who lived in an apartment complex in West Kendall. After visiting for several hours, ZR decided to go home. It was dark outside. As she was descending the staircase, it was dark. She missed her step and fell, breaking her ankle.
