Florida Supreme Court Targeted

Right wing groups are attacking the three Justices that are up for what is called merit retention in this November election in Florida. These groups want to remove the three justices — Lewis, Pariente, and Quince — and give Gov. Rick Scott the opportunity to pack the court with his cronies.  At PDM, we support the independency of the judiciary.  That is what our Founding fathers wanted.  It is vital to our democracy that our courts are free of politics.  At PDM, we support Justices Lewis, Pariente and Quince.  We urge you to vote YES on the ballot this November for these three distinguisged justices.
