I frequently get calls from people who are the victims of malpractice and thankfully they haven’t sustained an injury. They call me and they say, “I could have been killed or this could happen to anybody in the future.”

And all of these things are true and worthy of making a complaint to the department of health or the agency for health care administration but they do not justify filing a medical malpractice lawsuit.
