How long does it take to resolve a motor vehicle crash case? It all depends. Every case is different, every case takes on a different life. Much of it depends on how serious the injury is, if we have surgeries involved, it might take a little longer than other types of cases.
A lot of it depends on who the judge is on the case. Some judges give us faster trial dates than other judges. But every case takes on a different life but what I try to accomplish is, is to move the case along as efficiently as possible. I’m in the same boat as the client. I want to win the case for the client, in a most efficient way possible.
