How long will my Florida slip and fall case take?

The rule of thumb is generally, when you finish treating, about 30 days out. We’re ready to submit your claim to the insurance company. Your claim for damages. When you’re finished treating, when you request all your medical records and we give providers 30 days to get those back to us then we prepare a demand in our office and we send it to the insurance company.
If we’re able to settle a claim outside of litigation then you’re probably looking at between 30 to 90 days once you finished treating. If we’re unable to settle the claim outside of litigation then obviously the claim is more involved and you have to file a lawsuit and different time lines apply.
