What is the General Aviation Revitalization Act?

For you may have heard of the General Aviation Revitalization Act, it’s also called GARA. What this law does it’s a virtual statue of limitations on airplanes. It’s for small airplanes only, for 20 passengers or less. It’s a virtual statue of limitations on airplanes and airplane parts for those airplanes, for any accident where those parts of the planes are more than 18 years old or older. In that case, if the plane is that old, you can’t sue on it.
